Team Introduction

At Daewoong Biologics Indonesia, we are building a dedicated and dynamic sales team to drive the success of our innovative new-entity products. This team is comprised of experienced leaders and passionate professionals, including a Sales Director, National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers, and Medical Representatives, all working collaboratively to achieve our mission of transforming healthcare in Indonesia. Each member of the team plays a vital role, with Medical Representatives serving as the key link between our organization and the healthcare community, building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and retail pharmacies. Guided by strong leadership and a shared commitment to excellence, our team is poised to establish Daewoong Biologics as a trusted name in the industry.

We are seeking a Junior Medical Representative (Jawa Timur) who are passionate about improving lives through pharmaceutical innovation and meet the qualifications below, we invite you to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff.
Develop and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals by demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the positive health outcomes these products deliver.
Conduct product presentations and provide scientific information to customers.
Work closely with a collaborative team to maximize business impact and contribute to the achievement of shared goals.
Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular visits to assigned territories, ensuring consistent engagement with key stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers, also to ensure product visibility and availability.
Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and company guidelines, ensuring a professional and compliant approach in all promotional activities.

Requirements

Required:

Education: minimum Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative especially in diabetes drug, preferably from multinational pharmaceutical company.

Preferred:

Experience working with or managing accounts in key hospitals within the assigned territory, including building relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital administrators.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
Basic knowledge of anatomy, pharmacology, and the therapeutic areas relevant to the products being promoted.
Familiarity with the local healthcare landscape is a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. (preferably have their own vehicles)
Will be based in Surabaya.
